Recentemente, o Anope, lançou uma atualização ao seu sistema que veio corrigir alguns bugs e adicionar novas funcionalidades a nivel interno.
Hoje o UnrealIRCd lançou mais atualização ao seu sistema de IRCd, que inclui algumas funcionalidades novas e correções de bugs.
Como tal, a PTirc irá aproveitar para atualizar a rede e também as VPS que hospedam a rede. O processo de atualizção está previsto para ser iniciado, amanhã, entre as 16h e 17h (GMT) e não deverá demorar mais que 30 minutos.
Como as VPS serão atualizadas, isto implica duas interrupções das ligações: uma para aplicar os últimos patches de segurança no sistema operativo das VPS e uma para aplicar a nova versão do UnrealIRC e Anope.
Pedimos desde já desculpas pelo incómodo que isto possa causar.

Dear users,
Anope recently released an update to its system that fixed some bugs and added new features internally.
Today UnrealIRCd released another update to its IRCd system, which includes some new features and bug fixes.
As such, PTirc will take the opportunity to update the network and also the VPS that host the network. The update process is expected to begin, tomorrow, between 4pm and 5pm (GMT) and should take no longer than 30 minutes.
As the VPS will be updated, this implies two interruptions of the connections: one to apply the latest security patches to the VPS operating system and one to apply the new version of UnrealIRC and Anope.
