Caros utilizadores da PTirc:
A rede, por motivos desconhecidos, tem tido alguns problemas ao nivel da ligação entre servidores, etc.
Vamos proceder a uma atualização de emergência, tanto as nível das máquinas como a nível de IRCd e serviços.
Como esta atualização involve atualizações ao sistema operativo das máquinas que hospedam todos os serviços da rede, implicará que as próprias máquinas sejam reiniciadas, o que implica mais perturbações nas ligações à rede.
Esperamos que todos estes problemas sejam devido a algum pacote ou livraria de sistema defeituoso(a) e que estas atualizações servirão para mitigar o problema.

Nota: O processo de atualização da rede e das respetivas máquinas foi efectuado com sucesso.

Dear PTirc users:
The network, for unknown reasons, has had some problems in terms of connections between servers, etc.
We will carry out an emergency update, both at the machine level and at the IRCd and service level.
As this update involves updates to the operating system of the machines that host all network services, it will require the machines themselves to be restarted, which implies further disruption to network connections.
We hope that all of these problems are due to some faulty system package or library and that these updates will serve to mitigate the problem.
